It's not too late to do cool stuff with EAB this year!
An environmental GE, camping, and...

So after that awesome Earth Day festival (with "over 200 people" according to the Nexus, ha ha... if you were there, you know that's a low estimate, but hey, they did say "over"), you might be wondering, what else can EAB possibly accomplish this year? Clearly they have reached the pinnacle of their heights as an AS-funded student org.

But we still have more cool stuff to do, and we need your help!
For starters, EAB is hard at work on promoting a petition to show student interest in an Environmental GE requirement at UCSB. We can help make sure that every college graduate has awareness about ecology and the reality of the related challenges that we face. Hopefully they will learn to care about the environment, too, as much as we do!

There's lots of other stuff going on too. We've had some great consistency at volunteer events like Adopt-A-Block and Environmental Education. We also have an upcoming camping trip scheduled for the weekend of May 17th so you can experience the beautiful Santa Barbara environment first hand. There will be lots of food and fun, nice, super-friendly & active people.

And don't forget EAB Officer elections are TUESDAY MAY 6 at 7pm in the MCC.

Want to be a part of this amazing EABness? Want to camp, teach kids about the environment, or help us gather momentum for an Environmental GE? Visit the Get Involved section to find out more about how you can jump right in and change the world. Don't forget about our next Meeting, Tuesday at 7pm in the Multi Cultural Center, and don't forget to add us on Facebook also!

EAB has some NEW OFFICERS! Check them out here and see their friendly smiles.
